Role Description
The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing & Executive Engagement will lead marketing strategy and activation across a portfolio of strategic partners. This role will translate partner relationships into integrated marketing programs, executive engagement opportunities, stronger market positioning, and measurable business outcomes.
This individual will collaborate across marketing, partner sales, alliances, sectors, sales teams, and partner organizations to develop joint plans, manage partner investments, activate executive-level programs, and connect partner marketing activity to business priorities.
The partner portfolio may include organizations such as Microsoft, Adobe, AWS, Genesys, NiCE, Salesforce, Databricks, and other strategic ecosystem partners.
The ideal candidate understands complex partner ecosystems, has strong executive presence, and can move effectively between strategy and execution. This person will turn partner priorities into focused programs that generate engagement, meetings, opportunities, and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities

Partner Strategy and Planning

Serve as the primary marketing lead for an assigned portfolio of strategic partners.

Develop annual and quarterly joint marketing plans aligned with business priorities, industry strategies, and go-to-market motions.

Prioritize programs, resources, and investments based on strategic fit and expected business impact.

Establish regular planning, performance review, and optimization processes with internal and partner stakeholders.

Integrated Partner Marketing

Develop and execute integrated campaigns across content, digital, social, webinars, thought leadership, account-based marketing, executive engagement, and events.

Define clear objectives, audiences, budgets, success measures, and follow-up strategies for each program.

Coordinate activation across field marketing, digital, content, communications, creative, sales, alliances, and sector teams.

Create scalable marketing frameworks while tailoring programs to each partnerβs priorities.

Executive Engagement and Partner Events

Own the executive engagement strategy for assigned partner relationships.

Develop high-touch experiences that connect Concentrix executives, partner executives, clients, and priority prospects.

Lead the strategy for executive roundtables, private dinners, briefings, forums, advisory programs, conferences, and other curated experiences.

Define the business objectives, audience strategy, partner involvement, executive participation, messaging, and content direction for each program.

Evaluate sponsorship and event opportunities based on audience quality, account alignment, executive participation, and expected business value.

Partner with field marketing and event teams on project management, logistics, production, and onsite execution.

Partner Investment and MDF
-
Manage partner marketing budgets, market development funds, co-investment, and partner-funded initiatives.

Develop joint marketing proposals tied to defined business objectives and measurable outcomes.

Track funding requirements, approvals, utilization, program performance, and return on investment.

Recommend adjustments based on results, business priorities, and partner opportunities.

Sales, Alliance, and Sector Alignment

Work closely with partner sales, alliance leaders, sales teams, sectors, and solution teams to translate business priorities into actionable marketing programs.

Align programs to jointly identified accounts, opportunities, solutions, and growth motions.

Provide sellers and partner teams with the messaging, content, event information, and enablement required to support activation.

Establish processes for follow-up, lead handoff, opportunity tracking, and outcome reporting.

Maintain clear accountability across marketing, sales, alliances, and event operations.

Measurement and Optimization

Track performance across partner marketing and executive engagement programs.

Measure results such as executive engagement, meetings generated, target-account participation, opportunities influenced, pipeline impact, campaign engagement, event performance, and MDF utilization.

Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve future programs and investment decisions.
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance marketing, ecosystem marketing, executive engagement, field marketing, or a related B2B marketing role.

Experience managing marketing strategy across multiple strategic partners or alliance relationships.

Proven success developing integrated marketing and executive engagement programs.

Experience managing MDF, co-marketing investments, sponsorships, or partner-funded initiatives.

Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing activity to accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs across a matrixed organization.

Strong executive communication, relationship management, and stakeholder leadership skills.

Ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Strong program management, budget management, judgment, and attention to detail.

Prior experience in sales, business development, or a commercially focused role is highly valued, particularly for candidates who can translate sales priorities into effective partner marketing programs.
