Role Description
We’re looking for a Paid Media Manager to strategize and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and other platforms.
- Take the lead on client accounts from day one – planning omni-channel media strategies, managing budgets, and optimizing campaigns for growth.
- Client-facing role requiring professional fluency in English and confidence to present insights to stakeholders.
- Work closely with account leads and creative teams to deliver outstanding ROI for e-commerce clients.
- Love scaling campaigns, digging into performance data, and owning results across multiple ad channels.
Qualifications
- 3+ years managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns (agency or in-house).
- Strong track record in both Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tracking.
- Comfortable working with budgets across multiple platforms.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical ability.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with client-facing experience.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Requirements
- Strong with Excel/Sheets for analysis and reporting.
- Experience with attribution and funnel reporting.
- Confident in presenting to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Shopify, Klaviyo, or performance creative workflows is a bonus.
