Role Description
OLLY is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, creative and experienced ecommerce marketer to help build and maintain a best-in-class digital footprint on our .com/Omni platforms. Retail media has entered its agentic era, with Walmart and Target defaulting to autonomous AI agents for bidding, budget pacing and creative rotation. This role is evolving from media buying to orchestration: setting the objectives, guardrails and data foundation that let evolving systems perform, while still owning the strategic judgment, brand voice and retailer relationships.
Reporting to the VP of Ecommerce and AI, the Senior Omni-Channel Manager will be expected to help develop a holistic strategy to increase overall Omnichannel sales and ensure OLLY continues outperforming the competition online, focused on our core Omni customers. The ideal candidate blends creative exploration and customer acumen with data-driven, AI-fluent decision-making to implement programs that bring new consumers into the brand and keep loyal consumers coming back. This will be a management role, supported by the Senior Omni Associate.
