[Hiring] Senior Marketing Manager @Stay AI

Role Description

Stay AI is looking for a marketer who is equal parts strategist and doer. You'll own how we show up in the market:

• Competitive positioning:
  • Deep understanding of Stay AI’s platform, the Shopify subscription landscape, and our key competitors.
  • Build messaging that makes switching feel obvious.
• Sales enablement:
  • Arm BDRs and AEs with the decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and monthly messaging playbooks they need to win.
  • Regularly engage with the sales team.
• Product marketing:
  • Translate product launches and feature releases into market-facing narratives that resonate with DTC brands.
  • Ensure our best features are visible, findable, and impossible to ignore.
• Content and channel strategy:
  • Own our presence across LinkedIn, the website, email, and other impactful channels.
  • Produce content that resonates with the market using AI tools.
• Market narrative:
  • Control the story and define what we're spotlighting each month.
  • Position against the competition across every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with exposure to ecommerce, DTC, or the Shopify ecosystem.
• Prior success in product marketing and/or growth marketing roles.
• Experience in owning product positioning and translating features into high-converting messaging.
• Ability to execute scrappy, data-driven experiments that build measurable pipeline.
• Experience in going from 0-to-1 and excitement about building.
• Strong storytelling skills to create urgency with the right buyers.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for market research and content personalization.
• Proficient in Salesforce or HubSpot with an understanding of marketing and sales data connection.
• Ability to write copy for messaging frameworks, landing pages, email sequences, and sales collateral.
• Understanding of the sales motion and how to support a revenue team.
• Ability to defend positioning in discussions with the CEO and Head of Sales.
• Fast-moving, iterative mindset without waiting for perfect conditions.

Requirements

• This is not a role for someone who needs a team to execute.
• You will eventually have support, but you need to be the one producing and shipping.
