Role Description

We are looking for a data-driven, results-oriented performance marketing leader with a strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing for U.S. audiences. This role is ideal for someone who has grown through hands-on execution and has a proven track record in guiding high-performing marketing teams in a cross-functional manner.

You will work cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, product, and technology teams to:

• Design, test, and scale marketing campaigns across channels
• Monitor performance metrics
• Experiment with creative and audience strategies

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in managing full-funnel digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, content, and email
• Skilled at mapping business goals to granular steps in marketing including campaign design, optimization, and A/B testing
• Analytical and results-oriented, with strong understanding of performance metrics
• Hands-on leader who collaborates closely with specialists to drive measurable outcomes
• Curious, organized, and passionate about performance marketing and growth

Requirements

• MBA from a highly recognized business school in India
• Minimum 6 years of marketing experience focused on U.S. markets
• Proven success managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels
• Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and SEMrush
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams while remaining actively involved in strategy, testing, and optimization
