Role Description

The Senior Marketing Analyst is a highly technical, hands-on role responsible for transforming complex data from multiple marketing and sales systems into actionable business insights. This individual serves as a critical resource within the Performance Analytics and Insights team, enabling data-driven decision-making across the SW Marketing organization through advanced analytics, robust data infrastructure, and executive-ready reporting. The role requires deep expertise across the full analytics stack, from raw data extraction and engineering through visualization and strategic insight delivery, combined with strong business acumen, in-depth knowledge of B2B marketing strategy, the marketing technology (martech) stack, Salesforce CRM, and end-to-end sales processes. This role also provides hands-on support to marketing operations, ensuring the operational infrastructure that powers demand generation, lead management, and campaign execution is data-sound and performing as intended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field required.
• An advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, and marketing operations, preferably in a B2B technology environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, Eloqua, Alteryx, Twilio Segment, Power BI, Amplitude, SQL, and Python required.

Requirements

• Design and maintain advanced analytical and predictive data models integrating data from Salesforce, Eloqua, Amplitude, Twilio Segment, and other marketing and sales platforms.
• Perform segmentation, attribution, cohort, and funnel analyses.
• Apply deep knowledge of B2B marketing strategy, the full martech stack (Eloqua, Amplitude, Twilio Segment, Twilio Engage, ABM platforms), Salesforce CRM data models, and end-to-end sales processes.
• Provide analytical and technical support to marketing operations, including data quality audits, lead routing and scoring validation, campaign verification, Eloqua-to-Salesforce sync troubleshooting, and martech tool evaluation.
• Write and optimize complex SQL against enterprise data warehouses (Snowflake, SDC).
• Develop Python scripts for data wrangling, automation, and statistical analysis.
• Build Alteryx workflows for data blending, cleansing, and repeatable data processes.
• Analyze, design, and architect end-to-end business processes spanning marketing, marketing operations, and sales.
• Document current-state and future-state process flows and ensure all processes are instrumented for analytics.
• Design and maintain complex Power BI dashboards and Amplitude reports delivering KPI tracking, trend analysis, and strategic insights to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate analytical findings into clear narratives and recommendations.
• Serve as a subject-matter resource to team members and cross-functional partners, responding to ad hoc business questions with timely, accurate analysis.
