Role Description
Analyte Health is hiring a Senior Manager of Paid Social Marketing to own paid social acquisition and revenue growth across consumer brands including HealthLabs, STDcheck, Stallion, Starfish, TreatMyUTI, and Paternity Labs. The role owns end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization on Meta and TikTok, with Reddit, Snapchat, YouTube and Shorts, and Pinterest as test surfaces, and a mandate to grow profitably at target ROAS.
Paid social wins or loses on the strength and velocity of creative, so this is a creative-forward performance role: alongside media strategy and buying, the Senior Manager builds the creative engine that feeds the channel, working with in-house designers and agency, production, and creator partners. Organic social and community management is a secondary responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
-
Build the creative engine with in-house and agency teams.
-
Own the paid social creative pipeline end to end, from insight and brief through production, trafficking, and post-mortem, with clear monthly throughput targets.
-
Write sharp, insight-led creative briefs that give in-house designers, agencies, and creators a real point of view to execute against, and manage those partners on scope, calendar, reviews, and quality.
-
Build and manage a creator and UGC pipeline, including sourcing, briefing, licensing, and usage rights, for an always-on supply of platform-native assets.
-
Own creative performance analysis, including hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, and fatigue curves by concept, and codify learnings into playbooks that compound across brands.
-
Develop and own paid social acquisition and revenue targets across a portfolio of B2C brands; hit ROAS, CAC, and revenue goals by brand, and reallocate budget based on marginal return and creative supply.
-
Design and maintain best-in-class account structures across Meta and TikTok, including campaign architecture, audience strategy, and exclusions, and manage all core formats from Advantage+ and Reels to Spark Ads and lead forms.
-
Run a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap across creative, audiences, bidding, placements, and landing pages, and partner with analytics and CRO so traffic converts to incremental revenue.
-
Ensure flawless conversion tracking and first-party data integrations that respect healthcare privacy expectations, and navigate ad policy in a regulated category, including special ad categories, restricted claims, and appeals.
-
Partner closely with brand, paid search, SEO, lifecycle, and affiliate teams, and with clinical, legal, and compliance partners on lightweight approval workflows; build dashboards that give leadership visibility into spend, performance, and creative-level reads.
-
Own the organic social strategy and editorial calendar across brands, and protect brand voice on-platform in a category where discretion, accuracy, and clinical responsibility matter.
-
Run community management across comments, DMs, and reviews, with response playbooks and escalation paths for clinical or privacy-sensitive questions.
Qualifications
-
5β8 years in performance-oriented paid social with hands-on ownership of meaningful budgets on Meta and TikTok for B2C, DTC, or e-commerce brands, ideally a multi-brand portfolio; healthcare, telehealth, or regulated category experience a plus.
-
Demonstrated ownership of the creative process for paid social, not just media buying: briefing and shipping high volumes of creative with in-house designers, agencies, freelancers, and creators, including scoping and quality control of that outside work.
-
Experience with organic social and community management, including moderation in sensitive topic areas.
-
Strong analytical ability, including LTV analysis, marginal ROAS, incrementality, and disciplined test design, plus command of GA4 and Conversions API.
-
Strong creative judgment: can articulate why an ad works, write a hook that earns attention in the first second, and give feedback that improves an editor's next cut.
-
Builder mentality and a bias toward velocity; strategic enough to own a 12-month channel strategy and hands-on enough to write a brief the same day.
