[Hiring] Senior Manager, Digital Marketing @Fuku HQ

Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager will own Fuku’s growth marketing engine with deep responsibility for digital and performance marketing alongside broader ownership of local restaurant marketing, campaigns, agency and external partner management, and marketing performance.

This role is a marketing generalist with a strong digital and performance background. You’ll own how Fuku performs across digital and delivery channels, including:

• Email
• SEO
• Third-party delivery platforms
• Website
• Local search
• Loyalty

Additionally, you will help develop and execute the marketing strategies that drive traffic and revenue across our restaurants.

You’ll partner closely with the Chief Brand Officer, Director of Marketing, Operations, General Managers, and external partners to connect marketing strategy to what is happening in our restaurants and communities. As Fuku scales, you’ll also help build the marketing systems, playbooks, and capabilities we can carry into new markets and future franchise locations.

A meaningful part of this role will be evaluating what marketing capabilities should live internally versus with external partners and bringing greater ownership and accountability in-house.

Work Location: This position is a remote role and based in any U.S. location; South Florida applicants will be strongly considered. Travel to locations as needed will be expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with strong digital growth or performance marketing expertise
• A marketing generalist who is comfortable moving between strategy, execution, analytics, and cross-functional partnership
• Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to measurable business outcomes
• Experience with restaurant, food, hospitality, or multi-unit consumer brands strongly preferred
• Experience with local marketing, SEO, email/SMS, loyalty, website optimization, or third-party delivery platforms
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and external partners
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into action
• Highly organized, hands-on and comfortable building in a growing environment

Requirements

• Own Fuku's digital growth strategy across various channels
• Drive performance across delivery platforms, including promotions and advertising opportunities
• Manage Fuku's website and ongoing digital optimization
• Help develop Fuku's loyalty and guest engagement strategy
• Partner with media agency on paid social and digital media strategy
• Develop marketing strategies that drive awareness and revenue across Fuku restaurants
• Partner with Operations and General Managers to identify restaurant-level opportunities
• Translate brand and business priorities into integrated campaigns
• Own the marketing calendar and coordinate execution across various channels
• Manage key agency and vendor relationships
• Establish and monitor KPIs across key marketing channels
• Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
• Use performance insights to continuously test, learn, and improve marketing investments
