[Hiring] Senior Manager, Demand Generation Channels @AccessHope

Role Description

At AccessHope, we’re Fighting cancer with everything we know™ by putting the ever-growing body of cancer knowledge to work for the greater good. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Demand Generation Channels to help us deploy the latest cancer knowledge where it’s needed most.

• Lead the programs that build AccessHope's presence across our partner ecosystem.
• Drive new partnership opportunities with health plans and employer benefit platforms.
• Deepen marketing programs alongside existing partners.
• Build awareness of AccessHope among key influencers.
• Manage co-marketing programs, account-based marketing, and oversee paid media.
• Build and manage the content and events calendar to maintain market visibility.
• Own the budget for these programs, allocating spend based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field; experience may substitute for minimum education.
• 5 years in B2B demand generation, ideally within healthcare, benefits, or a partner/channel-driven business model.

Requirements

• Experience marketing to or through health plans, payers, or employer benefits platforms.
• Experience running co-marketing programs with external partners and account-based campaigns.
• Proven sourced-pipeline ownership.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot skills.
• Hands-on experience across webinars, paid media, and content/earned channels.
• Strong budget management and performance reporting skills.
• Comfort and experience building presentations, editorials, and other collateral.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO and emerging generative/AI search optimization (GEO) is a plus.
• A collaborative style, working closely with other Marketing teams, Partnerships, and Growth teams.
