[Hiring] Senior HubSpot Marketing Specialist @LeadAdvisors

Role Description

LeadAdvisors is hiring a Senior HubSpot Marketing Specialist to own marketing email and newsletter production end-to-end, plus all list management, across the LeadAdvisors brand and sub-brands. You'll build, QA, and send campaigns in HubSpot, keep our lists clean and compliant, protect deliverability, and report on what's working. You'll work async with a remote-first marketing team and report directly into the Digital & Marketing Lead.

• Build, QA, and send marketing emails and newsletters in HubSpot, on schedule and on brand voice.
• Own list management end-to-end: segmentation, hygiene, suppression, deduplication, imports, and re-engagement.
• Manage the subscriber lifecycle — list growth, sunset policy for cold contacts, compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows and automations for nurture, onboarding, and re-engagement.
• Own deliverability — monitor sender reputation, bounces, and spam complaints; coordinate SPF/DKIM/DMARC with IT.
• Run and report monthly performance — open rate, CTR, deliverability, list growth, unsubscribe rate — against targets.
• A/B test subject lines, send times, and content; document what wins.
• Maintain email templates and ensure every send follows the LeadAdvisors brand system.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning email marketing and CRM list management, with hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub experience.
• Deep HubSpot: lists, workflows, email tool, segmentation, and reporting dashboards (HubSpot certifications a plus).
• Proven deliverability management — can explain sender score, bounce handling, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC.
• Strong list-hygiene discipline — segmentation logic, suppression, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL).
• Strong written English; able to write and edit newsletter copy in brand voice.
• Proven analytics reporting — show us a dashboard or monthly report you built.
• Comfortable working async across PH / LATAM / US time zones.
• Reliable home setup — wired internet ≥ 25 Mbps, quiet space for video calls.
