[Hiring] Senior Growth Manager @Shameless Foods

Role Description

We're hiring a Senior Growth Manager to own our paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, YouTube, Google and new channels. You'll be the strategic brain behind the buying: set the plan, scale what works, cut what doesn't, and drive toward contribution margin, LTV:CAC and payback, not just ROAS.

• Paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, YouTube and Google, within the budget set by the Head of Growth. Track daily and weekly pacing against revenue, new-customer and margin goals.
• Lead the buying team. Manage the Media Buying Coordinator; own killing, scaling and reducing spend.
• Profitable scaling. Grow spend profitably and know which channels, audiences and offers bring customers who subscribe and stay.
• Creative strategy. Analyze why ads win or lose, research competitors and formats, and brief the creative team with clear insights.
• Funnels for new audiences. Plan full funnels (ad, landing page, offer) and brief Creative, Dev/CRO and Design.
• AI-driven workflows. Use AI in day-to-day buying decisions, not just reporting.
• Forecasting and budget allocation. Recommend the channel split and forecast spend, new customers, contribution margin and payback.
• Measurement and reporting. Report blended and channel-level CAC, MER, CM%, LTV:CAC and payback; share a weekly recommendation with the Head of Growth.
• Emerging channels. Test new channels with clear success criteria and scale what works.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in performance/growth marketing, including hands-on media buying (agency experience counts if you were the one buying).
• Strong to expert hands-on experience in Meta, TikTok and AppLovin.
• Track record of scaling e-commerce direct-response ad accounts profitably, more than once, at large monthly spend.
• Strong understanding of creative strategy and creative testing.
• Actively use AI in media buying workflow.
• Working knowledge of unit economics: CAC, LTV:CAC, payback period and contribution margin.
• Leadership experience, either managing people or managing an agency.
• Operate independently: make calls with incomplete data and bring a recommendation, not just a report.
• Google and YouTube Ads experience.
• Subscription or replenishment business experience.
• Food, beverage, candy or CPG experience.
• TikTok Shop / GMV Max, Amazon or retail media exposure.
• Incrementality, MMM or MTA experience.
