[Hiring] Senior Growth Manager @Schweiger Dermatology Group

Role Description

This role owns new patient acquisition for Schweiger — paid and organic.

• Manage paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, and others).
• Build and optimize organic channels (SEO, AEO, organic social).
• Design high-converting funnels that turn traffic into booked patients.
• Analyze patient cohort data to find high-value segments and build campaigns.
• Run a disciplined test-and-learn process to improve results.
• Mix of hands-on execution, agency management, and cross-functional partnership.

Job Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition channels — strategy, budget allocation, bidding, creative testing, and performance optimization.
• Own organic acquisition channels — grow non-paid new patient volume.
• Design and continuously improve high-converting acquisition funnels.
• Analyze patient cohorts to identify high-value segments and drive their acquisition.
• Monitor campaign and funnel performance against clear success metrics.
• Run a rigorous testing process — determine structure, sample size, and budget for tests.
• Stay current on acquisition marketing trends and bring new channels and tactics into the mix.
• Leverage AI tools for campaign management, reporting, and analysis.
• Manage agency partners across paid and SEO — set strategy and KPIs.
• Partner with the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing for clean handoff from acquisition to onboarding.
• Work with operational and clinical stakeholders to align acquisition strategy with office capacity.
• Operate comfortably in ambiguity — define strategy and structure for new initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in acquisition, performance, or growth marketing, ideally in healthcare or healthtech.
• Proven track record scaling new patient acquisition at a healthcare company or consumer brand.
• Hands-on experience owning paid acquisition channels — including budget management and performance optimization.
• Experience with organic channels — SEO, AEO, and organic social.
• Skilled at designing and optimizing high-converting funnels.
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., PowerBI) and digital analytics tools (e.g., GA4, MixPanel).
• Practical experience using AI to make marketing work more efficiently and effectively.
• Comfortable operating across a mix of hands-on execution, agency management, and cross-functional partnership.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA & Data privacy compliance.

Requirements

• Compensation Range: $95,000-130,000.
• This remote position is open to candidates located in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota, and California.
