[Hiring] Senior Partner Field Effectiveness Manager @Intapp

Role Description

The Partner Field Effectiveness Senior Manager leads enablement for Intapp's partner ecosystem, including resellers, services partners, and data and technology partners. Embedded in the Partner organization alongside alliance managers and channel leads, you own partner enablement programming, content, and certification journeys end to end. Your work equips partners to sell, deliver, and build with Intapp, and shows up in certified partner resources, co-sold pipeline, and the quality of partner-led implementations.

As a Partner Field Effectiveness Senior Manager, you can expect to:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on enablement, training, and certification, and represent partner needs in Field Effectiveness governance forums.
• Develop and execute enablement strategies for each partner type, built around product knowledge, industry knowledge, process and methodology, and professional skills.
• Build scalable training assets, including self-serve modules, certification tracks, and on-demand content, and deliver them through Intapp University with Learning and Skills.
• Own partner onboarding and everboarding, and drive growth in certified partner resources.
• Equip partners to position Intapp Celeste and explain the value of AI capabilities to their clients, while measuring and reporting enablement impact on certification growth, pipeline, and implementation quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner management, channel sales, alliance management, or partner-facing roles in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• 2+ years in partner enablement, channel training, or a program management role focused on external audiences.
• Experience building partner onboarding tracks, delivery readiness programs, or partner certification frameworks.
• Familiarity with partner ecosystem models (resellers, SIs, ISVs, and referral partners) and how each requires a different enablement approach.
• Ecosystem-minded: you think about partners as an extension of Intapp's GTM team, not a secondary audience.
• Externally credible: partners trust you because you understand their business model and respect their time.
• Scrappy and self-directed: you build scalable programming with lean resources and maintain quality at every touchpoint.
