Role Description

We're looking for a Senior Google Media Buyer for a performance marketing agency that works with e-commerce and consumer brands. If you are collaborative and solutions-oriented, with hands-on experience in PMax and Supermetrics, keep reading!

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max independently, with no onboarding required.
• Build and manage automated performance reports using Supermetrics, Data Slayer, and Looker Studio.
• Analyze campaign data through GA4 to extract actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate results and recommendations directly to stakeholders, owning the performance narrative end to end.
• Work collaboratively within a close-knit team, proactively flagging risks, surfacing opportunities, and contributing to a solution-first culture.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience running Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, and PMax, with a strong e-commerce background.
• Advanced proficiency with reporting and automation tools including Supermetrics, Data Slayer, and/or Looker Studio.
• Solid command of GA4 for tracking, attribution, and performance analysis.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills in English, with the ability to present data clearly and confidently.
• Senior-level autonomy: you can own accounts from day one with no hand-holding.

Requirements

• Experience working within or alongside a paid media agency.
• Familiarity with HubSpot.
• Active Google Ads certification.
