[Hiring] Senior Google Ads Manager @Remote Talent LATAM

Role Description

We’re looking for a Senior Google Ads Manager with 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally for small businesses and lead-generation-focused accounts. The role focuses on building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns while taking into account the full conversion funnel, including:

• Landing pages
• Conversion tracking
• Lead quality
• The process of turning leads into paying clients

Experience with psychotherapy, mental health, healthcare, or other service-based businesses is preferred, though strong Google Ads experience in other industries is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Manage accounts with typical monthly budgets of $1,500–$3,000.
• Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, negative keyword management, bidding, and campaign optimization.
• Monitor CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign performance and make budget/optimization decisions accordingly.
• Review and optimize the relationship between Google Ads, landing pages, ad copy, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze the lead-to-client funnel to identify where leads are being lost after submitting an inquiry.
• Develop campaign strategies that prioritize qualified leads and paying clients, rather than simply increasing lead volume.
• Implement and test different campaign structures, targeting approaches, keywords, ads, and bidding strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience managing lead generation campaigns.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts with $1,500–$3,000+ monthly budgets.
• Experience independently building and optimizing Google Search campaigns.
• Strong experience with keyword research, match types, negative keywords, bidding strategies, search terms, and campaign structure.
• Experience with conversion tracking and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.
• Experience analyzing CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and campaign performance.
• Experience connecting Google Ads performance with actual business outcomes, such as qualified leads, booked appointments, or paying customers.
• Preferred: Experience working with psychotherapy practices, mental health, healthcare, or other local/service-based businesses.
• Preferred: Experience managing multiple small-business Google Ads accounts simultaneously.
