Role Description

Otis is seeking a Senior Director, Regional Marketing Americas to build and lead a high-performing regional marketing organization across North America and Latin America. This leader will ensure consistent, scalable execution across the Americas while delivering measurable business impact through:

• Demand generation
• Installed-base penetration
• Lifecycle marketing
• Brand strength
• Customer-led growth initiatives

This role is critical to accelerating growth across the Americas by connecting marketing investments directly to commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial excellence, demand generation, or growth marketing
• Significant leadership experience within large, matrixed, global organizations
• Proven success driving measurable demand generation and revenue outcomes
• Experience partnering directly with senior commercial and business leaders
• Experience leading regional marketing organizations across diverse markets

Requirements

• Strong strategic marketing and commercial business acumen
• Expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, ABM, and customer lifecycle marketing
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills

Benefits

• Salary range: $200,000-$240,000
