[Hiring] Senior Demand Generation Manager @Telnyx

Role Description

As a demand generation operator, you will run marketing like an engineering system, planning, executing, measuring, and iterating with AI agents doing the heavy mechanics while you make the judgment calls. You will own outcomes, not channels, and join a small Demand Gen team where every member owns a product pod end-to-end, including building a brand-new pod from zero with a dedicated budget.

• Run paid media across every channel we operate.
• Launch and manage campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and emerging AI ad surfaces.
• Direct the AI agent fleet, writing and refining prompts, reviewing recommendations, and deciding when to override the machine.
• Own the budget with monthly planning, performance data-driven reallocations, and spend tracking.
• Optimize relentlessly through weekly performance reviews, creative fatigue detection, and CPA diagnostics.
• Run ABM end-to-end, defining ICP and target account lists, building segments, and syncing with ad platforms.
• Close the alignment loop between sales, RevOps, and product marketing.
• Run influencer and creator programs, managing sponsorships and measuring audience conversions.
• Report to stakeholders with weekly and monthly performance reporting in plain language.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B demand generation for developer tools, infrastructure, telecom, or a comparable technical category.
• Hands-on, full-funnel paid media experience across at least three major ad platforms.
• AI and agentic fluency: experience using AI agents or automation in marketing work.
• ABM experience with concrete examples of account targeting that produced pipeline.
• Strong with data: ability to reconcile platform-reported conversions against CRM and attribution data.
• Comfortable owning a new, undefined space: budget arrives, the motion gets built.
