Role Description

This role will work directly within a tight creative team and cross-functional teammates that also help drive the work and strategy.

  • Support the Converse North America Creative team based out of Boston, MA.
  • Act as a 360 producer for all North America creative marketing assets including brand video & photography, animation, events/activations, etc.
  • Drive collaboration with project management including workbacks, budget tracking, and communications.
  • Educate teams about the production process when necessary to aid in driving efficiency.
  • Lead/scoping all aspects of production – including identifying production partners, timing, budget, and sourcing of deliverables across a variety of projects and platforms/placements.
  • Responsible for art buying, managing internal and external content creation (photo, video, artwork, illustrators, copy, etc.).
  • Develop project plans and associated communications alongside key functional partners (creative, digital, editorial, influencer marketing, brand marketing, product, and ops).
  • Drive collaboration with project management – including workbacks, providing guidance on timing and budget criteria.
  • Shepherd projects through the ideation, pre-production, production, and post-production process ensuring assets are delivered to spec.
  • Create schedule, review concepts with Brand Creative and key stakeholders, and ensure concept works within budgets and schedule.
  • Drive contractual oversight and legal feedback, to clear all rights and obtain accurate release forms/agreements.
  • Ensure compliance and good business sense with regulations and codes of practice.
  • Possess passionate knowledge of what’s happening in the creative and cultural world that our brand communicates.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in photo/art buying industry with an expert understanding of the creative and production process.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Production, Photography, Marketing or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
  • Proficiency with enterprise tools: Microsoft Office, Asana, Slack, Zoom, Box, Figma, Frame.io.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal and external partners.
