Your job is to turn technical complexity (Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, medical liens, subrogation) into content that paralegals, case managers, and attorneys actually find, use, and trust.
The role is primarily hands-on writing and execution, with growing ownership of strategy and planning as the program grows.
Responsibilities

Establish an organic search baseline (traffic, impressions, rankings, branded vs. non-branded performance, top landing pages, backlinks, and technical health) before optimizing.
-
Partner with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and execute the keyword and topic strategy across lien resolution, Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA, medical liens, subrogation, settlement administration, and personal injury firm operations.
-
Build and maintain the editorial/blog calendar, aligned to our ideal customer profile, product launches, and events.
-
Partner with marketing operations to connect organic visibility to qualified traffic, leads, and pipeline.
-
Create content that earns trust
-
Write and edit blog posts, guides, checklists, templates, FAQs, and reports that help personal injury law firm teams solve real lien resolution problems.
-
Partner with lien resolution SMEs, Customer Success, and company leadership to turn operational and regulatory knowledge into accurate, practical content.
-
Use Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights to develop customer case studies and spotlights.
-
Support executive and employee thought leadership, including LinkedIn posts, bylines, and speaking abstracts.
-
Turn each strong source asset into multiple formats across channels.
-
Own website content and marketing collateral
-
Manage Zipliensβ public-facing resource center, partnering with subject matter experts to develop and publish content.
-
Write and optimize website content, including service pages, landing pages, and metadata.
-
Run on-page SEO/AEO and regular content refreshes, updating or consolidating underperforming pages.
-
Partner with marketing operations on calls to action, forms, and conversion paths.
-
Run channels and customer communications
-
Manage the LinkedIn content calendar, balancing core themes/pillars.
-
Write and edit customer newsletter, nurture, and release-announcement copy.
-
Create event content with the Events Manager.
-
Report on content performance regularly and recommend what to scale, update, or stop.
Qualifications
-
5+ years in content marketing, SEO, or B2B content strategy, with a portfolio of published work.
-
Experience supporting organic traffic growth through SEO-driven content.
-
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate technical or regulated topics into clear, accurate content.
