[Hiring] Senior Consultant / Manager - Marketing Analytics BI Consultant @Tiger Analytics Inc.

Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Marketing Analytics BI Consultant to design, build, and optimize our marketing intelligence ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex marketing data and executive decision-making.

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data models, optimized DAX engineering, and automated enterprise-level dashboards.
• Streamline data ingestion from disparate marketing platforms to ensure real-time, low-latency reporting.
• Build standardized campaign proposal scorecards, performance baselines, and end-to-end reporting frameworks.
• Transform highly technical data findings into high-impact, executive-ready presentations.
• Deliver clear, data-backed narratives to senior leadership to optimize budget allocation and cross-channel marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Analytical field or Software Engineering or related field with 6+ years of work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI data modeling, DAX engineering, and automated dashboard development.
• Experience designing and implementing campaign measurement frameworks, including taxonomy and data dictionary refinement.
• Proficiency in incrementality measurement, control group methodologies, and evaluating incremental business impact across channels.
• Expertise in developing ROI measurement frameworks, standardized proposal scorecards, and campaign reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of presenting complex data stories to C-suite executives.
