[Hiring] Automation & Analytics Senior Consultant @Guidehouse

Role Description

As an Automation and Analytics Senior Consultant, you will be a member of our Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management practice and part of a team responsible for solving the most complex and strategic issues faced by hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. Typically, Automation and Analytics Senior Consultants manage multiple workstreams across a broad range of healthcare projects, including:

• Strategic planning
• Healthcare reform readiness
• Physician/hospital integration
• Financial/risk modeling
• Merger and acquisition design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of prior relevant consulting and/or health industry experience
• Experience developing analytical models and structuring methodologies
• Experience performing diagnostic, analytical, and quantitative tasks
• Demonstrated management of smaller work streams or deliverables
• Ability to demonstrate an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel
• Ability to travel 75% or more

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or health-related field (preferred)
• Master's degree from accredited university in business or health-related field (preferred)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Significant knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Track record of strong client service
• Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
• Efficiency, flexibility, innovative problem-solving skills, a high level of motivation, and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well independently and within team structures
• Financial modeling/planning skills
