[Hiring] Senior Campus Marketing Manager @CodePath

Role Description

CodePath is expanding into new markets and scaling our team to move at the speed AI is transforming the workforce. People joining CodePath now will have the opportunity to help architect the next frontier of our work.

As a member of our team, you will:

• Build and run a term playbook for each for-credit partner, from awareness through add/drop.
• Equip faculty, advisors, career services, and club leaders to market CodePath courses with toolkits, talking points, and assets they can forward.
• Turn national for-credit applicants into enrolled students: find where they drop off and test what moves conversion.
• Run virtual info sessions and campus landing pages that end with a clear path to register.
• Own email and SMS to opted-in students: build the list, run the campaigns, and work with our lifecycle contractor so campus and direct touches land as one sequence.
• Design how alumni, Tech Fellows, and instructors show up on campus and engage students, and build the online side of that community (Discord and similar).
• Own relationships with student clubs, CS and AI organizations, hackathon organizers, and campus chapters of national organizations like ColorStack, NSBE, and SHPE.
• Plan the event calendar a term ahead, with a clear standard for which events we do and what each should return.
• Tie every sign-up to a channel and a partner, test timing, message, and channel, and move time and budget to what works.
• Use AI to run the playbook at 50+ campuses without adding headcount: toolkits per campus, calendars and send dates, results in one view.

Qualifications

• Experience in enrollment, sign-up, or acquisition number management.
• Ability to set up tracking and demonstrate which efforts drove results.
• Experience getting partners to market on your behalf.
• Experience building a campus, ambassador, or community program from the ground up.
• Experience building campaigns from concept to launch, including copy and creative.
• Experience deciding where to spend time and money based on expected return.
• Experience running a program across many sites on a fixed calendar.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes for automation.
• Desire for growth work to widen access to tech careers.

Compensation

For this role, we're hiring for a Senior Manager level position at an annual salary of $110,000 to $150,000. Salary is determined based on your relevant experience and skills as evaluated through our interview process.
