Role Description

• Setting up and optimising paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Working with the paid search team to create, refine, and implement campaigns that drive growth and conversions for Forbes Marketplace.
• Monitoring campaign performance, analysing key metrics, and optimising strategies for better results.
• Ensuring the success of paid search campaigns to increase online visibility and conversions within Forbes' business verticals.
• Assisting the Paid Search Manager with data-driven recommendations and insights to improve overall performance.
• Conducting competitor research using different tools to identify strengths and weaknesses of competitors, uncover market trends and adapt strategies.

Qualifications

• A minimum of four years of hands-on experience in managing paid search campaigns.
• Strong Excel skills for managing, analysing, and presenting campaign data.
• Experience in managing accounts of varying size and complexity.
• The ability to analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, CTR, CPC, and overall ROI.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as SEMrush, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with automated bidding strategies, such as Target CPA, Target ROAS.

Requirements

• A genuine enthusiasm for search marketing and the digital landscape.
• In-depth understanding of PPC strategies, including bidding strategies, keyword targeting, ad copy optimisation, and landing page relevance.
• Knowledge of how to manage and optimise campaigns to maximize ROI using best practices in PPC management.
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering positive outcomes from paid search campaigns.
• Comfortable with data analysis to measure the performance of campaigns and identify areas of improvement.
• Demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversion rates, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail to ensure campaigns are accurately set up, monitored, and optimised.
• Capacity to handle multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Self-management skills to prioritize tasks and maintain productivity.
