Role Description
We are seeking an experienced professional with 6-8 years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, strong technical development skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, data-driven marketing solutions.

Design, develop, implement, and support end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

Build and manage customer journeys, email campaigns, audience segmentation, and automation processes.

Develop responsive email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript).

Create and optimize SQL queries for audience creation, data management, reporting, and campaign execution.

Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with enterprise platforms using APIs and data connectors.

Configure and manage Marketing Cloud modules including:

Email Studio

Journey Builder
-
Automation Studio

Mobile Studio

Contact Builder

Advertising Studio

CloudPages

Intelligence Reports and Analytics

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for campaign and data issues.

Ensure solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies.

QA every send across devices and clients and own rendering, deliverability, hygiene, and send-time troubleshooting.

Build reusable templates, code libraries, and documentation that speed up production and reduce errors.

Partner with analytics to instrument tracking and support A/B and multivariate testing.
Qualifications

6-8 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and development.

Strong expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules and capabilities.

Expert-level proficiency in:

HTML/CSS

Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)

AMPscript
-
SQL
-
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs (REST and SOAP).

Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation best practices.

Experience with version control, deployment processes, and environment management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Developer certifications.
Preferred Qualifications

Quality Assurance (QA) and testing experience is a strong advantage.

Compensation
The typical hourly pay rate for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location.
$52.40 - $79.33
