Role Description
Join a growing organization in the disability and community care sector, supporting individuals and families through high-quality, person-centered services. This role sits within the Sales & Marketing function, focused on executing campaigns, supporting lead generation efforts, and maintaining consistent brand presence across digital channels.
Youβll work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently supporting growth without being responsible for closing sales.
How Youβll Make an Impact

Execute and manage social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

Create marketing materials including posts, graphics, short-form videos, and basic campaigns

Support lead generation activities by preparing materials, documents, and coordination for meetings

Assist in nurturing inbound and outbound leads through administrative and marketing support

Schedule and publish content following internal approval workflows

Track engagement metrics (comments, reactions, reach) and support reporting efforts

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment

Use tools like Asana (or similar) to manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables
-
Conduct research and suggest improvements to marketing tools, platforms, or processes

Assist with EDMs, blogs, and campaign coordination
Qualifications

2β4+ years of experience in marketing, social media, or digital coordination roles
-
Strong hands-on experience in content creation (copy + visuals)

Social media management
-
Basic video editing (e.g. CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools)

Confident using project management tools (e.g. Asana or similar)

Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
-
Strong written communication and attention to detail

Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable learning new tools independently

Understand that this is a support-focused role (not sales closing)
Requirements
-
Experience working with Australian clients (B2B or B2C)

Exposure to CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar)

Experience supporting lead generation or client engagement teams

Ability to interpret engagement data and suggest improvements

Background in healthcare, community services, or similar industries (NDIS is a bonus, not required)
