Role Description

The Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager for our Northeast Region. We are seeking someone who is passionate about what they do, who is excited about new challenges and who does not settle for the status quo. Collaborative and open-minded, we put farmers and our team members first. New ideas and opinions are encouraged and valued.

The successful candidate will represent the Wisconsin dairy industry and Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin in the retail marketplace and plan, develop and implement retail promotional programs. This includes:

• On-site training
• Managing market promotions
• Market-level Wisconsin Cheese events

Qualifications

• At least five years of proven retail supermarket sales/marketing success
• Experience working with key retail decision makers and retail marketing teams
• Ability to develop and implement program strategies at a regional level
• Strong relationships built on integrity and follow through
• Knowledge of and experience in retail deli/perishable section sales, logistics, and operations (considered a plus)
• Professional, well-developed communication skills
• Analytical, organizational, and computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Requirements

• Must be willing to travel extensively, 60%+ of the time
