✨The core mission of the Public Sector Field Marketing Senior Specialist:

• Lead Hack The Box’s field marketing strategy for the Public Sector.
• Partner closely with the Public Sector Sales team to build integrated marketing programs.
• Create demand, engage priority accounts, accelerate opportunities, and strengthen Hack The Box’s presence across federal, state, local, and education markets.
• Develop audience-specific campaigns addressing unique cybersecurity workforce, readiness, and procurement challenges.
• Utilize account-based marketing, digital campaigns, content, webinars, executive programs, partner initiatives, and strategic events.
• Focus on developing the Public Sector marketing strategy during the first six months.

• Join Hack The Box’s global marketing organization.
• Work closely with various marketing teams including AMER Field Marketing, Demand Generation, and more.
• Be the primary field marketing partner to the Public Sector Sales organization.

• Demonstrate stronger engagement across relevant buying groups for priority accounts.

• Connect Public Sector events to coordinated pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaigns.
• Strengthen Hack The Box’s reputation as a strategic partner for cyber workforce development and readiness.
• Consistently measure campaign performance to inform investment decisions.

• Own the Public Sector field marketing strategy from planning through execution, measurement, and continuous optimization.
• Partner with Public Sector Sales leadership to develop quarterly and annual marketing plans.
• Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns for Public Sector audiences.
• Develop targeted ABM and account engagement programs for priority agencies and organizations.
• Translate Hack The Box’s value proposition for Public Sector audiences.
• Develop pre- and post-event strategies that extend conferences and field activities.
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing and Sales to build joint demand-generation programs.
• Identify and develop opportunities for Public Sector thought leadership and community-building.
• Establish and track program KPIs including account engagement and attributed revenue.

Qualifications

• At least five years of B2B marketing experience.
• Experience in field marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, or integrated campaigns.
• Experience marketing to Public Sector audiences.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or workforce development is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to create integrated campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong understanding of Public Sector audiences and sales cycles.
• Experience working closely with Sales teams.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and reporting platforms.
• Ability to balance strategic planning, creative thinking, analysis, and hands-on execution.
• Strong project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative, proactive approach.
