Role Description

Sherpany is the Swiss market leader for meeting management software. Since its foundation in 2011, it has pursued the goal of creating a world in which every meeting counts. More than 300 European companies and 12,000 decision-makers already use Sherpany to make their business meetings more productive and thus increase their company’s success. Sherpany employs over 150 people at six locations in Europe and remotely in 19 countries around the world.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and drive positioning and offering together with Product Marketing team and senior stakeholders
• Plan and execute communication for product releases and new features
• Own and continuously improve website product messaging and updates
• Own and manage key marketing channels for product communication
• Work closely with Marketing, Branding, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to align product messaging and ensure consistency across touchpoints
• Act as a central coordination point for product-related communication initiatives
• Monitor key competitors and industry trends, deliver monthly report and provide actionable recommendations for Go-to-Market leaders
• Optimize and scale marketing processes through automation and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Marketing or related role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
• Storytelling skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas and information to team members and stakeholders
• Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing priorities, requirements, and project dynamics
• Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to identify challenges, ideate, evaluate options, and implement lean, creative solutions
• Time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Hands-on mindset with a focus on execution and continuous improvement
• Market research and data analysis to stay on top of competition
• Background in Customer Experience, Marketing, or Sales is desirable
• English fluent
