[Hiring] Product Marketing Manager @Wiser Solutions

Role Description

The Product Marketing Manager is a strategic storyteller with strong analytical skills and a bias for action. You own how Wiser positions and talks about our products, and you build our product-led growth motion from the ground up — turning product capabilities into messaging, trials, and onboarding experiences that get users to value fast. You partner closely with Sales, Demand Gen, and Product, and you move quickly: testing, measuring, and improving constantly.

• Own product marketing across Wiser's products — positioning, messaging, launches, and competitive intelligence.
• Build our product-led growth (PLG) motion from the ground up.
• Own the PLG funnel end to end, setting targets with leadership and reporting on them weekly.
• Get users to value fast by mapping the moments that matter in a trial or in the product.
• Hand hot trials to Sales by defining what a product-qualified lead looks like.
• Arm the sales team with current battlecards, talk tracks, and demo stories.
• Partner with demand generation to shape the strategy behind paid, web, and social programs.
• Test constantly by running experiments on pages, emails, trial length, and offers.
• Bring the product to events, planning Wiser's trial presence at conferences.
• Be the voice of the customer by sharing usage data, win/loss insights, and user feedback with Product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience building or scaling a product-led growth (PLG) motion.
• Track record of owning funnel metrics end to end and reporting results to leadership.
• Experience writing onboarding communications and in-product messaging.
• Experience partnering with Sales on enablement.
• Experience collaborating with demand generation on campaign strategy and messaging.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Mixpanel, and Zapier.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to design, run, and interpret experiments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter who can independently own projects.
• Intellectually curious, always looking for ways to improve.
• Experience planning or supporting event and conference presence is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; the degree does not need to be in a technical field.

Requirements

• Base pay is one part of our total compensation package.
• Hiring range for base annual pay is estimated to be CAD $110-120k.
• Performance-based discretionary bonuses and variable pay plans are available for some positions.
