[Hiring] Product Marketing Manager @Zimmer Biomet Dtl. GmbH

Role Description

Based remotely in Germany, you will help shape and execute the HIPS & DTS product portfolio strategy. Working with country management, commercial teams and the Marketing Lead, you will:

• Translate EMEA priorities into local marketing plans
• Coordinate new product launches and portfolio rationalisation
• Support sustainable growth

This role reports to the Associate Director Product Marketing HIPS & DTS.

How You'll Create Impact

• Develop and execute the EMEA HIPS & DTS segment strategy in the countries of responsibility and drive portfolio commercialisation.
• Coordinate new product introductions and portfolio rationalisation, partnering with Demand Planning on medium- and long-term forecasts.
• Support tenders with product expertise and gather competitive intelligence.
• Plan brand marketing initiatives and develop promotional and communication activities with marketing communication partners.
• Act as the marketing contact for the assigned region and portfolio, coaching commercial teams and providing hands-on launch support.
• Partner with Medical Education & Events and the Product Training Academy on surgeon education and internal product training.
• Identify regional expert surgeons for corporate activities and align RECON and DTS teams on cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• A university bachelor’s degree.
• At least six years of experience in healthcare marketing or consulting, ideally in medical devices.
• Experience selling and implementing strategies nationally or internationally in healthcare.
• Experience with healthcare technologies; RECON/hip experience is valuable but not mandatory.
• Experience developing marketing initiatives, successful product strategies and new product launches.
• Fluent German and English for this Germany-based role.

Travel Expectations

• Travel is expected to account for approximately 50–60% of the role.
