[Hiring] Product Marketing Manager @Pluralsight

Role Description

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You'll shape how the market experiences Pluralsight's products:

• Defining positioning
• Owning end-to-end go-to-market launches
• Building the narratives that drive adoption and revenue

This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you'll move fluidly between setting positioning strategy and writing sales copy, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive real business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B enterprise product marketing experience, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Experience leading product launches, go-to-market efforts, and sales enablement with a track record of driving growth, adoption, and measurable business results in a fast-moving environment
• Organized and diligent with strong execution skills alongside strategic thinking
• Ability to build consensus and influence without authority, and to confidently present recommendations to senior executives
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage SaaS environment
• Experience in learning platforms, developer tools, or other technical products
• Familiarity with SaaS business models or product-led growth
• Experience supporting analyst relations or briefings with firms such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree
• Open to travel up to 25% of the time
