Role Description
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for Time Doctor’s workforce analytics platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, translating product capabilities into clear market positioning and ensuring new features are successfully launched, adopted, and understood by our target buyers.

Own product positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and launches.

Enable internal teams to communicate Time Doctor’s value clearly and effectively.

Help shape how the workforce analytics category is understood, with a direct line of sight to revenue impact.
For this role, you must be both a creative and analytical thinker who communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teams. You should have strong product marketing fundamentals and a proven track record in a B2B SaaS environment.
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within a B2B SaaS company.

Proven experience leading go-to-market strategies for SaaS products or major feature launches.

Strong understanding of product positioning, messaging frameworks, and competitive analysis.

Experience working across sales-led and product-led growth motions.

Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear business value.

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with market insights and customer data.

Excellent English written communication skills.

Hands-on experience using AI tools in your day-to-day marketing work.

Experience working in remote or distributed teams.
Requirements

Act as a strategic partner to Product from discovery through launch.

Lead cross-functional GTM planning for new features and major releases.

Define launch messaging, enablement materials, and campaign inputs.

Own Time Doctor’s product positioning and messaging framework.

Translate product capabilities into outcome-focused narratives.

Ensure messaging is consistent across launches, campaigns, and sales materials.

Equip Sales with the tools they need to win.

Use real sales conversations and call data to refine messaging and positioning.

Support competitive deal cycles with timely intelligence and insights.

Partner with Product and Customer Success for customer adoption and expansion opportunities.

Develop messaging that helps customers understand the value of new capabilities.

Analyze customer feedback and product usage data to identify adoption patterns.

Develop deep expertise in our buyers and their purchasing process.

Own win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence.

Monitor trends shaping workforce analytics and productivity insights.

Synthesize customer feedback, usage data, and sales insights into messaging and GTM opportunities.
