Role Description
This role involves owning product positioning, shaping messaging, and building campaigns that drive demand for our AI-powered communication solutions.
- Define how we communicate our value and differentiate in the market
- Launch and execute new products and go-to-market campaigns, including PR, email, social, and sales enablement
- Understand the competitive landscape by tracking market trends, analyzing competitors, and refining our messaging
Qualifications
- A versatile product marketer with a track record of executing successful product launches and go-to-market strategies and campaigns
- A strong storyteller who can translate complex products into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with home service business owners
- Curious and deeply customer-focused, with a knack for understanding pain points and positioning solutions that solve real problems
- Comfortable in a scrappy, startup environment - you test, learn, iterate, and aren’t afraid to pivot when needed
Requirements
- Three (3) or more years of experience in product marketing for a B2B SaaS company, ideally within FSM, home services, or communication technology
- Proven ability to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth
- Experience working in an early-stage startup or scaling marketing for a high-growth company
- Strong understanding of competitive analysis, market research, and customer insights to inform marketing strategy
- Bonus: Experience with CRM integrations, AI-powered solutions, or lead generation platforms

Our Interview Process
- 15-minute intro call with recruiting department
- 30-minute deep dive with our Director of GTM Strategy to discuss product vision and market strategy
- 30-minute marketing strategy discussion with key stakeholders from Product, Sales, and Customer Success
- Work assignment to showcase how you approach problem-solving and messaging
- Reference checks to confirm what we’ve learned throughout the process
