[Hiring] Product Marketing Lead @UPROSPECT

Role Description

We're hiring a Product Marketing Lead to own marketing for SaaS Talent, the premier recruiting agency and GTM growth partner for B2B AI, SaaS, and tech companies. You'll be our marketing lead: the person who makes sense of our core offerings, packages them into clear, repeatable programs, and builds the lead funnel that grows the business.

It's a HANDS-ON role working directly with our founder and leadership team. We want someone who learns the business deeply, sets one deliberate plan, and then runs it independently.

We're looking for a Product Marketing Lead to shape how we position our business, communicate our value, and turn our expertise into a reliable source of growth. You'll take ownership of the entire marketing function, from refining our messaging and developing compelling service offerings to designing campaigns, strengthening our market presence, and creating a predictable pipeline of new business opportunities.

This is an opportunity for a marketer who enjoys building from the ground up, moves comfortably between strategy and execution, and knows how to turn business insights into marketing initiatives that deliver tangible results.

Responsibilities

• Model and package the business.
• Turn service lines (Talent & Recruiting, Growth Coaching, and the Partner Program) into clearly positioned, productized offerings.
• Build the lead funnel with a continuously growing lead funnel.
• Set the go-to-market plan, deciding which channels matter for this business.
• Run content and third-party validation, creating content for industry publications, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, and Reddit.
• Write positioning, website and landing page copy, sales enablement, and thought leadership.
• Get hands-on with platforms such as social media, email, newsletters, and paid media.
• Direct outside contributors, briefing and steering content contractors, video teams, PR, design, and website rebuilds.
• Use AI for speed and efficiency while adding human judgment.
• Partner with sales and the founders on what's converting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, with meaningful time in product marketing at a B2B SaaS company or for a recruiting, talent, or professional services firm.
• B2B Product Marketing experience.
• Experience building and running a B2B lead funnel (stages, scoring, nurture, qualification).
• Strong writer with a B2B portfolio of positioning brands, website copy, and thought leadership.
• Fluent English.
• Experience getting content placed in third-party publications and channels, plus working knowledge of SEO and AEO.
• Hands-on across social media content, email B2B campaigns, and paid media.
• Marketing automation experience (HubSpot strongly preferred).
• Expert with AI tools in daily marketing work.
• Experience directing freelancers, contractors, or agencies.
• Experience in SaaS, AI, or tech companies.
