[Hiring] Principal Creative Intelligence Analyst @Tinuiti

Role Description

Reporting to the Vice President, Creative Services, the Lead Analyst is a hands-on authority on how Tinuiti reads, explains, and acts on creative performance. You own the creative learning loop on our most complex and strategically important accounts, and you help build the processes, workflows, and frameworks the rest of the team runs on. This role has no direct reports. Your influence comes from the quality of your work, your judgment, and your willingness to raise the bar for everyone around you.

You are a data storyteller who can assess what worked, what didn’t, and why, with conviction and confidence. You work autonomously and take direction well. You are accountable for your output, share progress and flag blockers before anyone has to ask, and arrive with proposed solutions, not just problems. You will collaborate with various teams to translate data points into clear analysis and recommendations.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the creative performance read, testing insights, and recommendations.
• Lead creative performance analysis for Tier 1 accounts.
• Assess the nuances of creative across formats and attribute success or failure to specific elements.
• Act as a thought partner in designing and refining team operations.
• Produce work that serves as the team’s reference standard.
• Own the measurement and creative read on complex tests.
• Turn every read into clear, prioritized recommendations.
• Present and communicate the team’s work professionally.
• Build and manage dashboards and learning records.
• Monitor industry-wide creative and media performance.
• Manage your own priorities across accounts and projects.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in digital marketing, performance creative, paid social analytics, or creative strategy.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage output.
• Experience in designing or improving workflows and frameworks.
• Exceptional quality of output with a sharp eye for gaps in logic.
• Deep working knowledge of paid social and video platforms.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools for insight identification.
• Strong storytelling and executive presence.
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable managing workflows using internal tools.
