[Hiring] Senior Intelligence Analyst @TrapWire Inc.

Role Description

TrapWire helps government agencies and the private sector protect people and critical infrastructure by making better use of their reporting, identifying connections, and understanding emerging threats. We are seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to produce clear, well-supported intelligence for our customers and to lead the development of the analytical tradecraft behind it.

This role has two core responsibilities:

• Combine TrapWire holdings, including suspicious activity reporting, with independent open source research to produce intelligence that answers customer requirements.
• Lead the development of our analytical standards, sourcing practices, and review process to ensure every product meets a consistent, defensible bar.

In a small company supporting consequential missions, your work will directly shape our analytical capability and how customers use it.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of substantive intelligence-analysis experience supporting government or private-sector intelligence organizations.
• A record of independently producing finished intelligence with clear key judgments and supported arguments.
• Working command of ICD 203 and ICD 206.
• Experience improving other analysts' work through peer review, editing, or training.
• Hands-on OSINT collection experience.
• Understanding of legal and policy limits on collection and analysis.
