Role Description
As our Performance Marketer, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape LegacyBuilder’s digital ad strategy and drive exponential growth.
- Create innovative Meta ad assets
- Manage media buying with a significant monthly budget
- Design high-converting sales funnels and landing pages
- Provide strategic insights into audience targeting and tracking
- Impact lead generation and revenue growth
- Elevate the personal branding of visionary leaders
Key Responsibilities
- Produce engaging ad creatives and persuasive copy for Facebook and Instagram that capture attention and drive conversions
- Oversee and optimize media buying campaigns, efficiently managing a monthly budget of $5,000+ to maximize ROI
- Identify key audience segments using data-driven insights and set up robust tracking systems to evaluate campaign performance
- Develop and implement effective marketing funnels, including designing and deploying basic landing pages that convert visitors into leads
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and refine strategies to drive scalable growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate creative ideas with technical execution and overall marketing strategy
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally from a performance agency or startup environment
- Ability to blend creative campaign development with meticulous data analysis
- Expertise in tools like Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and media buying platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager)
- Strong understanding of funnel marketing, audience targeting, and landing page design
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
