Role Description

As a Performance Manager (Demand Gen) at Thrive Digital, you will be responsible for driving project excellence in Performance Programs by implementing growth strategies, solving complex problems, and fostering team development to ensure that Thrive remains an industry leader in performance marketing.

• Oversee the success of high-priority brands and partnerships.
• Contribute to product innovation and project growth initiatives.
• Recognized as a leader in performance marketing, solving client challenges with innovative solutions.
• Lead teams in research, media planning, and strategic roadmaps.
• Improve and redefine client success standards by championing exceptional client service.
• Enhance the Performance department’s expertise by mentoring and managing team members.
• Make significant contributions to people and projects within the Performance department.

In your first 30 days you’ll:

• Familiarize yourself with Thrive’s tools and processes.
• Begin onboarding to projects and teams across your department.
• Identify performance opportunities and build relationships.

In your first 60 days you’ll:

• Play an active role across projects.
• Collaborate with teams on day-to-day and longer-term account initiatives.
• Develop processes and strategies to improve team and project success.

In your first 90 days you’ll:

• Step into account leadership opportunities.
• Provide support across project planning, strategy, client partnerships, and team skills development.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• Planned and executed multi-channel, full-funnel performance marketing campaigns with media spends exceeding $500k USD per month.
• Mobilized and led teams of 5-10, providing direct management, training, and strategic guidance.
• Built and customized dashboards using tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, or Tableau.
• Developed or improved internal initiatives or processes adopted company-wide.
• Drove performance media strategy across diverse business verticals.
• Successfully managed client relationships with multiple stakeholders.
