Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Partnership Coordinator to support and grow our strategic brand and creator partnerships. This role will focus on identifying, establishing, and nurturing collaborations with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to expand our reach, drive engagement, and strengthen our brand presence.
- Research, identify, and reach out to potential brand partners, creators, and affiliates that align with Kitsch’s mission, values, and audience.
- Coordinate and manage partnership agreements, including deliverables, timelines, contract terms, and performance tracking.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to foster trust, collaboration, and mutual growth.
- Support product seeding and gifting programs by coordinating logistics, communication, and follow-ups to ensure impactful engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics, providing insights and suggestions for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing, influencer, and social media teams to ensure all partnership efforts align with overall brand campaigns and goals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive activities, and partnership opportunities to keep Kitsch at the forefront of strategic collaborations.
- Assist in the planning and execution of partner-led campaigns, events, and launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing—preferably within the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, timelines, and deliverables.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for relationship-building.
- Familiarity with influencer platforms, CRM tools, social media analytics, and campaign tracking software.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Genuine interest in brand building and a passion for beauty, fashion, and emerging digital trends.
