Role Description
We’re looking for a Marketplace Performance Intern to join our Marketplace team. The internship provides an opportunity to learn and understand a worldwide gig economy business process, enhance analytical skills, and contribute to making a significant business impact. This is a remote position based in Brazil.
- Learn how to remote work in a result-focused environment where hands-on is highly encouraged
- Engage with high-level professionals from different countries such as the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Canada, and others
- Support the marketplace team in creating and analyzing the best strategies to grow sustainably
- Launch new countries and improve operations
- Contribute to making the company the best place for drivers
This is a unique opportunity to fully immerse in multiple markets, work with people from different countries, and learn a lot.
Qualifications
- Written and spoken proficiency in English
- Communication and influencing skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in engineering, statistics, computer science, business, or a similar field
- Availability to complete a 12-month internship working 30 hours/week
- Basic analytical skills
- Knowledge of Office Package (pivot tables, vlookup, charts)
- Analytically minded, hands-on, resilient, and well organized
- Willing to learn and act based on feedback
- Adaptable to changes in routine as we are a startup
Requirements
- Had some experience with Spreadsheets analysis
- Skills in Analytics, SQL, Python, dashboarding, stats
- Proficiency in Spanish (bonus)
Benefits
- This internship is 6 hours per day
- The company works on CST time (+2h from Brasilia) and can fit those who take classes in the morning or night
