Role Description

Our client, a digital marketing agency, is seeking an experienced Paid Social Specialist to lead Meta ad campaigns and optimize performance for our clients. In this role, you will have the support of a dedicated copywriter and designer, enabling you to focus on strategy, execution, and delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities

Campaign Launch & Management:
- Launch Meta ad campaigns from scratch and perform A/B testing on ads and ad sets to identify successful strategies.
- Optimize campaigns based on data trends such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, and other performance metrics.
- Provide strategic recommendations to clients for improving ad performance and achieving business objectives.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Monitor, track, and identify common challenges in Meta Ads campaigns, proactively addressing and reporting insights to clients.
- Build advanced reports in Excel or Google Sheets using formulas, functions, graphs, charts, and pivot tables to present performance trends daily, weekly, and monthly.
Creative Testing & Development:
- Collaborate with the copywriter and designer to test and refine new ad copy and creative assets based on products, services, or market trends.
- Assist in developing new ad channels or expanding to other platforms as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional marketing teams to collect and align on content, assets, and ad copy.
- Maintain proactive and consistent communication through instant messaging, video calls, email, and project management tools.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram).
Strong understanding of paid social metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, and how to optimize campaigns based on these KPIs.
Proven ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to clients.
Proficiency in building detailed reports in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced features like pivot tables, charts, and formulas.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in fluent English.
Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients.
Comfortable working during EST hours.

Nice-to-Haves

Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal communication.
Knowledge of additional social media advertising platforms or tools.
