[Hiring] Paid Social Manager @bwise Media AG

Role Description

We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Paid Social Manager to join our international performance marketing team. In this role, you'll take ownership of paid advertising campaigns, turn performance data into results, and work directly with clients to drive their success. Beyond Paid Social, you'll also be involved in Programmatic and Popunder advertising, contributing to our broader performance marketing activities.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Europe.

• Plan, launch, manage and continuously optimize Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Manage and optimize Programmatic and Popunder campaigns as part of our broader performance marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data and implement optimization strategies to achieve client goals and maximize results.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, independently managing communication, expectations and ongoing relationships.
• Prepare and present performance reports, translating campaign data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve campaign efficiency, streamline reporting and optimize daily workflows.
• Stay ahead of platform developments, industry trends and performance marketing best practices, while ensuring compliance with relevant advertising policies and iGaming regulations.

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns.
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is strongly preferred, ideally with a solid understanding of the sports betting advertising landscape and platform restrictions.
• Practical experience with Programmatic and Popunder advertising, including campaign setup, management and optimization.
• Experience setting up Google Ads, Paid Search or PPC campaigns.
• Proven client-facing experience, with the confidence to independently manage client relationships, lead meetings and present campaign results.
• Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other relevant Paid Social advertising platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills, a performance-driven mindset and the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and the ability to use them effectively to improve productivity and campaign workflows.
• A proactive, independent and solution-oriented approach, combined with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Europe, with the ability to collaborate effectively across an international team.

Requirements

• Good understanding of tracking technologies, pixels, conversion tracking and server-side tracking solutions.
