Role Description
The Paid Search Specialist will manage multiple PPC advertising campaigns for a portfolio of brands. Core responsibilities include:
- Planning, managing, and executing Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display advertising campaigns.
- Establishing, optimizing, and tracking KPIs and budgets for clients.
- Auditing historical campaign performance and identifying performance drivers.
- Ensuring that client advertising budgets are not exceeded or underspent.
- Communicating the monthly/quarterly performance of advertising initiatives.
- Collaborating with Account Managers to confirm client PPC objectives.
- Staying current with Amazon best practices to ensure our clients are leveraging the latest strategies.
Qualifications
- C1-C2 English proficiency.
- 1-3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Amazon.
- Understanding of the relationship between CPC, impressions, ACOS, and conversion rate.
- Demonstrated ability to implement advertising strategies and identify opportunities to improve account performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
- Excited by the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across many industries.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with outstanding attention to detail.
- Comfortable with a fast pace and changing initiatives.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Highly proficient in Excel with experience in vlookup, pivot tables, and other basic formulas.
- A love for e-commerce – we talk and live e-commerce all day, every day!
Requirements
Location: Candidates must reside in the Philippines. Fully remote.
Salary: $20k-26k USD Annual Salary.
Working Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be online 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. Position may require occasional overtime hours.
