[Hiring] Paid Media Specialist @LTK USA

Role Description

The Paid Media Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the execution of boosting Creator posts on Instagram and TikTok, from start to finish, including but not limited to:

• Campaign set-up
• Targeting parameters
• Implementation of UTM tracking
• Reporting on campaign performance

This role will focus on brands in verticals such as Fashion, Beauty, Big-Box retailers, and retail media networks.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3+ years of digital media experience, specifically paid social, including META and TIKTOK
• Experience managing and coordinating budgets, planning calendars, assets, materials, and approvals
• Marketing knowledge with creativity and passion to deliver best-in-class digital marketing
• Experience implementing and managing paid social campaigns
• Collaboration with sales departments and analyzing results and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
• 3+ years of experience with paid social media for DTC/B2C brands
• Hands-on implementation and execution of campaigns
• Base knowledge of UTM parameters
