Role Description

Blacksmith Agency runs PPC, SEO and paid media programs for clients across the US. As Paid Media Project Manager at Blacksmith, you own delivery of that marketing work:

• Campaign launches
• SEO roadmaps
• Reporting and the client relationship around them

You keep projects on time and on budget, keep clients informed, and keep internal teams unblocked and moving. This is a delivery seat for a strong communicator who stays organized and drives work to the finish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency
• Hands-on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Comfort with PM tooling (ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar)
• Calm under tight deadlines

Requirements

• Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery
• Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones
• Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting
• Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion
