Your impact will include:

Owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of digital campaigns to drive measurable audience engagement, lead acquisition, and marketing pipeline growth for the Cisco security portfolio.

Translating complex business priorities into high-performing paid media plans across search, social, and emerging AI-native channels.

Independently managing campaigns and external agency partners while applying rigorous experimentation to optimize performance.

Implementing AI-driven workflows to enhance campaign research, creative development, and optimization.

Conducting internal and agency meetings, campaign performance auditing, and implementing optimizations for performance marketing goals.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, digital acquisition, or growth marketing.

Experience building and launching campaigns in advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit).

Experience developing structured tests across audiences, creative channels, and landing-page experiences.

Experience managing external media agencies, including briefing, directing, and validating campaign performance.

Experience using AI or automation to improve campaign workflows, data analysis, and reporting.
Requirements

Experience with copywriting for digital ads (search, social, display), web analytics, tag management, CRM, or data-visualization systems.

Experience with attribution modeling, incrementality testing, or customer-lifetime-value (CLV) optimization.

Ability to translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience marketing complex B2B technology, cybersecurity, or SaaS solutions across multiple stages of the customer journey.

Creative judgment and experience developing actionable briefs for content, design, video, and animation partners and designers.
