Role Description
As a Paid Media expert, you'll work with our customers to help them create and optimize their campaigns and use the Kalos platform. You'll help them craft growth strategies, teach them to use Linkedin via Kalos.
- Conduct onboarding calls, setup customers for campaigns, and ensure customers have what they need to succeed with our platform.
- Learn what matters to customers, help strategize with them and act as a business strategist for them.
- Guide on how to use Kalos and can do so to improve and grow faster.
- Monitor and improve customer retention, satisfaction, and analyze customer feedback to identify improvements.
- Help us learn from customer feedback and deliver feedback to our engineering team to guide company strategy & prioritization.
- Help us lay out systematic ways to track and drive progress.
Qualifications
- 2-6 years running paid media campaigns for high growth companies
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
- Thrive on moving fast, taking ownership, and delivering results that drive revenue and growth
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing others to achieve shared goals
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and tackling a variety of challenges
Location
- Remote in US or in person in San Francisco
