Our Paid Ads Managers are responsible for the execution, monitoring, optimization, and quality control of paid media campaigns that power our clientsβ brand awareness and growth across major digital platforms.
This is a non-client-facing, execution-heavy role that requires extreme attention to detail, comfort managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and the discipline to follow structured internal processes with zero margin for preventable error.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Campaign Execution & Launch:
-
Build, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok, and Nextdoor, as well as launching streaming ads using the platform TradeDesk.

Execute campaigns using approved strategy decks, targeting parameters, creative assets, and ad copy.
-
Ensure all campaigns are launched accurately across the correct funnel stages (top, middle, and bottom).

Upload, organize, and verify all required video and static assets across platforms prior to launch.

Budget Management & Pacing:
-
Manage and pace monthly ad budgets across multiple client accounts to ensure spend aligns with approved allocations.
-
Monitor pacing daily to avoid underdelivery or overspend.
-
Execute approved budget reallocations and platform shifts accurately and on time.
-
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
-
Monitor campaign performance daily to identify issues, inefficiencies, or opportunities for improvement.

Execute approved optimizations, including audience adjustments, creative refreshes, and funnel restructuring.

Support split tests by implementing test variables, tracking results, and documenting outcomes.

Quality Control & Error Prevention:

Conduct rigorous pre-launch and post-launch audits to ensure:

Correct objectives are selected
-
Targeting and exclusions are accurate
-
Creative and ad copy are correct and approved
-
URLs, UTMs, and tracking are functioning properly
-
Identify and immediately correct errors such as incorrect creative, targeting mismatches, or tracking issues.

Maintain a zero-tolerance approach to preventable mistakes.

Tracking, Tagging & Technical Setup:
-
Ensure proper setup and verification of pixels, tags, and tracking using tools such as Google Tag Manager and platform-specific helpers.

Confirm analytics access and tracking integrity across all assigned accounts.
-
Verify that all required assets and integrations are in place prior to launch or campaign changes.
-
Troubleshoot when tags are not firing and identify what steps need to be taken to resolve the issue.

Internal Collaboration:
-
Work closely with Client Success Managers to execute approved campaign strategies and changes.
-
Receive, interpret, and act on internal campaign change requests with accuracy and urgency.
-
Document campaign changes and execution status clearly within internal systems.
Qualifications
-
3β5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Direct experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Highly detail-oriented; able to catch errors others miss.

Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously without losing accuracy.
-
Strong organizational systems and the discipline to follow documented processes.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times.

Experience with campaign tracking, pixels, and analytics tools.

Comfortable operating in a non-client-facing role focused on execution and delivery.
-
Available to work full-time during US Eastern Time business hours.
