Role Description

We are looking for a Paid Ads Expert to create, manage, and optimize high-performing ad campaigns. The ideal candidate has experience scaling paid ads while maintaining cost efficiency, conducting competitor research, and aligning campaigns with the customer journey to drive conversions.

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition
  • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and conversion tracking to refine targeting strategies
  • Manage ad budgets, ensuring at least $5,000+ in monthly ad spend is allocated effectively
  • Create and execute full-funnel advertising strategies that align with business goals
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies
  • Analyze data, generate performance reports, and provide actionable insights

Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns
  • Proven track record of success (case studies or portfolio preferred)
  • Experience handling at least $5,000 in ad spend per month
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, ad creatives, and funnel optimization
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and tracking software
  • Ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitability
  • Meta Certification or relevant digital marketing certifications (preferred)
