Role Description
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to optimize ad performance
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tools
- Develop and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to maximize conversions
- Stay up to date with the latest Google Ads trends, features, and best practices
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and clients to align ad strategies with business goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
- Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions to improve campaign performance
- Experience with A/B testing, bid management, and audience segmentation
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, retargeting, and attribution modeling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Google Ads Certification is a plus
